In its current incarnation, there is no ticket office at The Amtrak Station Holland, though there are Quik-Trak ticket stations, so it is possible to purchase a ticket at the station on the fly.

The Amtrak Station Holland offers travelers an enclosed waiting area, protected from the elements, which is particularly helpful in the winter months. During the station hours, pay phones and restrooms are available for use, too.

The Quik-Trak is available during the same hours that the station is open, every single day of the week from seven in the morning until ten in the evening. For travelers who need a place to stay close to the station, there are a few hotels, including The CityFlats Hotel, The Citysen Lounge, and The Econo Lodge.
