Also known by its full name, the Sanford L. Ziff Jewish Museum, The Jewish Museum offers insight into what it meant to be Jewish and living in not just Miami, but all of Florida, for the past couple of hundred years. The permanent exhibition as thousands of artifacts and oral histories, and is even more informative when seen accompanied by one of the museum's knowledgeable guides.

Open Tuesday through Sunday, The Jewish Museum is closed on all major Jewish holidays. Some of the closest hotels are the Ocean Five Hotel, the Century Hotel, and the South Beach Hostel.
