The Aviation Museum of Central Finland is an aviation museum that is situated in Jyväskylä in Finland. Inside the museum, visitors can explore the aviation history of Finland which dates from the early 1900s until the present day.

First opened in 1979, the museum became the official Finnish Air Force Museum in 1987. Since its first opening, the museum has displayed aircraft, engines and aircrew equipment that have been used by the Finnish Air Force. Also on display is a large collection of scale models, which illustrates a wider perspective to the aviation field.

Annually the museum sees over 20,000 visitors who come to appreciate and learn about the history of Finland's aviation history. A few of the aircraft that can be found on display include the Avro 504K, Bell P-39 Airacobra, De Havilland D.H. 60X Moth, Douglas DC-3, Focke-Wulf Fw 44 J Stieglitz, Fokker D.XXI, Mil Mi-1, and the Mil Mi-4 to name just a few.

Jyväskylä, is located in Central Finland about 270km north of Finland's capital, Helsinki. Home to the annual Jyväskylä Arts Festival and the site of education-related firsts in Finland, Jyväskylä is known as a city of schools, or the Athens of Finland. The city is also famous for its many buildings which have been designed by Alvar Aalto, who was a Finnish architect and designer.
