The Ballparks of Baseball Metrodome, home of the Minnesota Twins, is often considered one of the worst venues in baseball. The arena was opened in 1982 – the third dome stadium to open in the United States. With a seating capacity of over 50,000, it is reasonably large and quite comfortable. In 2009, however, the Twins played their last baseball game at the Metrodome and will soon be moving to a new and better facility.
