Bank One Ballpark (now called Chase Field) is the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, a National League West team which began as an expansion club in 1998. The Diamondbacks were 2001 World Series Champions, winning in 7 games over the New York Yankees. Notable for its retractable roof, large swimming pool in right-center field and enormous HVAC system which battles the Arizonan elements in the summer, Chase Field is a world-class facility for baseball. It was the site of several World Baseball Classic Games and will host the 2011 MLB All-Star Game. Chase Field was also home to the Insight Bowl, a college football game, between the years of 2001 and 2005.

The stadium seats almost 50,000. Plenty of parking is available, though public transportation is advisable. Visitors are recommended to use the METRO Rail which stops at the 3rd Street Station. Ticket prices start at $5 for Outfield Reserve seating and $10 for Bleacher seats, going up over $100 per seat for box seats around home plate. Tickets are available online or at the stadium box office.
