The Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center is a multipurpose complex often called simply as BIEL and is located in the Central District of Beirut, Lebanon. Officially opened on November 28, 2001, the facility is used for various purposes – exhibitions, concerts, conferences, meetings, and even private events.

The complex is situated in 82,000 square meters of land with 10,000 square meters and 25,000 square meters allocated for indoor column-free exhibition and outdoor exhibition, respectively. Ample parking spaces are also provided. Aside from providing space for exhibits, concerts, or special events, the Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center also has catering services. Other facilities include a Press Room, Security Office, Business Center, and Organizers Office.

The Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center has been the chosen venue for several concerts held in Lebanon by world renowned stars and artists such as Phil Collins who, in 1995, held a charity concert for children with cancer, Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, David Guetta, and many others.
