The Dutch windmill, Swinoujscie, is a navigation tower (lighthouse) situated at the end of the breakwater which juts out into the mouth of the Swiny River and the Baltic Sea, at Swinoujscie, Poland. The lighthouse, designed like a Dutch windmill, is 10 metres tall, painted white with a black roof and has four 'sails'. The Lighthouse has become the symbol of Swinoujscie, and may be seen on postcards, business logos and such like.

Swinoujscie is a seaport on the Baltic Sea in the northwest of Poland. The city spans the islands of Wolin and Usedom, plus several smaller islands. The city has a port, marina and beach. The architecture is in the Dutch style of white painted houses with red tiled roofs. Attractions include the former town hall, the museum of deep-sea fishing and the NeoGothic Church of the Holy Mother, which dates back to the 19th century and has good examples of stained glass windows.
