Located down on West King Street in the former Carson Brewing Company building, The Brewery Arts Center offers locals and tourists alike the chance to enjoy a little culture.

Founded in 1975, The Brewery Arts Center is more than just a gallery space. It's quite the cultural center, housing not just openings, but theater productions, a variety of concerts, and a number of recitals and classes. Some of the most popular annual events that take place include The Brewery Arts Summer Stock Theater and The Jazz and Beyond Music Festival.

The Brewery Arts Center is home to The King Street Fine Arts Gallery, which shows work from local artists, as well as more popular regional and national painters. There's also a resident theater company, Proscenium Player's Inc., who put on productions all year long.
