Located on Elmgrove Avenue, in Providence, Rhode Island, Brown Stadium is the official football stadium for the Ivy League undergraduate institution. Brown University's outdoor track team also calls this stadium home during its season. The stadium is separated from the main campus by approximately one mile. It is one of the most unique Ivy League stadiums architecturally, with concrete bleachers on one side and trapezoid-shaped stands on the other. On each end of the stands sits the bear's head in honor of the school's mascot. Today the stands are composed of aluminum, however, they once were made of wood and, as such, served the site of an Ambercrombie and Fitch photo shoot in 2004.
