Camp Randall Stadium, which dates back to 1917, is owned by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The home of the Wisconsin Badgers since 1917, the stadium features 927 club seats and 72 suites, with a maximum seating capacity of 80,321. It was named after the Union Army training camp which occupied the grounds in the Civil War. The site also includes athletic offices and the Dave McClain Athletic Facility, built to commemorate the late Dave McClain, who coached the Badgers. In 2002, a major renovation saw the addition of luxury boxes, football offices, and a multi-story office building, as well as improvements to existing concessions, restrooms, and general infrastructure.
