The Center for Puppetry Arts is the largest organization dedicated to the art form of puppetry in the United States. Located in Atlanta Georgia and founded by Vincent Anthony in 1978, the center focuses on three main areas – performance, education and museum. The organization states its goal to educate, enlighten and entertain audiences. It puts on productions geared towards patrons of every age in both its Family Series and Summerfest. It also features the New Direction Series for adult audiences.
