The Chadstone Shopping Centre, known to locals as ‘Chaddy’, is a shopping centre located in the southeast suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. It is owned by the CFS Retail Property Trust and is managed and developed by the Colonial First State Property Management. The centre has around 457 stores and services and around 11 anchor tenants.

Opened in October 1960, it was the first ‘self-contained’ regional shopping centre in all of Melbourne and was the largest ever built in Australia. The first expansion to the shopping centre was done in 1984. Currently, the store is undergoing an upgrade, which will make it the largest shopping centre in the country. The upgrade will also result in an increase in the number of parking spaces located near the centre.

Major tenants found in the Chadstone Shopping Centre include the Myer Department Store, Kmart, David Jones, Target, Coles, Borders books, Hoyts, JB Hi-Fi, Apple Store, Dick Smith Electronics, Woolworths, Colonial Fresh Markets, and Aldi.
