The Che Kung Miu is also known as the Che Kung Temple. It was built in honor of the Song Dynasty general, Che Kung. He was once considered as a military commander but later evolved to being recognized as a god. There are two temples that have been built for him. One of these is located in Tai Wai, Sha Tin district. This temple is the most famous temple in Hong Kong, especially during the Lunar New Year when thousands of people come to visit.
