The Cheyenne Regional Airport (CYS), located two miles from downtown Cheyenne, Wyoming, is a public airport used for commercial, cargo, and general aviation. Since 1920, the Cheyenne Regional Airport has been serving southern Wyoming, first as an airmail stop, later as a military airport, and, most recently, as a commuter hub connecting the residents of Wyoming to the much larger Denver International Airport to the south.

Great Lakes Airlines is the principal commercial aviation carrier that serves the Cheyenne Regional Airport, with service to Denver International multiple times daily. Additional charter air service is provided by Max Wendover Express. The Cheyenne Regional Airport has a single terminal, and includes a restaurant and free parking lot, as well as rental car terminals, and ground transportation services.

Located at 200 East 8th Avenue in Cheyenne, the airport is adjacent to Warren Air Force Base.
