The studio of Cinecittà (Rome Metro) was founded by Bennito Mussolini (“Fuhrer of Italy” during WW II) in the year 1937. This studio was used to serve as a theatre to spread various propaganda of the Italian Government. But slowly with time, it got itself transformed into a very popular studion for the Italian film industry.

Cinecittà (Rome Metro) was the studio in which one of the most famous American productions “Ben Hur” was made. Many others eminent productions got completed here.
