Coca Cola Lakewood Amphitheatre, now known as Aaron’s Lakewood Amphitheater, has had several name changes since its opening in 1989, but it has continuously been a premier outdoor concert destination, known in Georgia and all throughout the Southeastern U.S. as a top choice for live music. Located a few miles from downtown Atlanta at 2002 Lakewood Avenue, the amphitheater is known for its quality seating at almost any place in the venue. Past performers have included Aerosmith, the Dave Matthews Band, Linkin Park, Jimmy Buffett, Prince, Radiohead, The Cure, Guns N’ Roses and many others. Around 19,000 seats are available, with 7,000 seats under cover backed by 12,000 on the lawn behind. Tickets are available online or at the amphitheater’s box office. Parking is available at the amphitheater lots located near the Fair Drive traffic light.

Accommodations are available just a few miles away. Options include the Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta, the Comfort Inn Turner Field and the Country Inn and Suites Atlanta Downtown at Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves.
