The Columbus Museum of Art, located at 480 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, is a premiere art museum which features a number of works by prominent impressionists. In the museum, which opened in 1931, can be found a grand number of contemporary classics. Late 19th- and early 20th- century European and American art comprises the museum's main collection. Such artists as O'Keeffe, Hopper, Matisse, and Monet can all be found here. The museum acquired a large collection of photography, entitled The Photo League, in 2001. This collection features such contemporary geniuses as W. Eugene Smith and Weegee.

The museum hosts a number of different programs for all ages; adult programs include The Art Book Club and Artists' Talks, while programs for younger audiences include school tours and Gallery Hunts.
