The Coral World Underwater Observatory Marine Park is located in Eilat across the Taba Beach in Egypt. It is the first underwater marine park that was established by Morris Kahn under the guidance of Marine biologist David Fridman. Its main objective was to create a way ion which the people could see the wonders of the Red Sea. The park is owned by Coral World.

It was in 1974 when the first Underwater Observatory was built and April of 1975, the marine park was opened to the public. Continued improvements and developments occurred during the next few years, such as the addition of shark, sea turtle aquariums in 1982, exotic fish’s aquariums in 1985, the arrival of the submarine named Jacqueline in 1991 and a host of other developments for the purpose of improving the park.

Some of the activities that can you can do in the marine park are the Journey Beneath the Sea, the Coral 2000, Sailing in the Park, and other activities the whole family will enjoy. The park is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and on holidays it is open until 4 p.m.
