Coronet Peak is a ski field located 18 kilometers outside of Queenstown in Otago, New Zealand. It is located on a 1,649 meter peak of the same name. It is a popular ski resort in the New Zealand and in the Southern Hemisphere. The peak is also notable for having a long snow season, which makes for choice skiing and snowboarding activities. A lift system is also found on Coronet Peak.

The ski field is one of the very last ski fields in the Southern Hemisphere to lose its snow. Their season typically lasts from June to mid-October. Coronet Peak is also unique as it is the only ski field in New Zealand which offers its users night skiing on Friday and Saturday evenings from July to mid-September.
