Situated just southeast of the center of New Bern, North Carolina, the Craven County Regional Airport (EWN) is a dual-runway public airport serving the Central Atlantic Coast of North Carolina. The airport has served the area since 1931, and is now referred to as the Coastal Carolina Regional Airport, having undergone an official name change in July of 2008.

The Coastal Carolina Regional Airport is primarily utilized for general aviation purposes given its proximity to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, but also serves commercial air traffic and cargo air operations. The Airport is served by Delta Airlines and U.S. Air, with regularly scheduled flights to and from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and Philadelphia International Airport. Cargo carriers with operations in and out of Coastal Carolina Regional Airport include FedEx Express and UPS Airlines.
