The Crispus Attucks Museum, which can be found at 1140 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Street in Indianapolis, Indiana, is home to a collection of commemorative items from the state's first all-black high school. The high school, which is presently known as the Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School, has produced such legendary alumni as Freddie Hubbard, the famous jazz musician, Angela Brown, the opera singer, and “The Big O” of basketball, Oscar Robertson. In the museum's collections can be found an archive of yearbooks from the past century, as well as an African-American art collection and historic items from the city and state of Indiana.

The museum costs $5 for adults, and $2 for youth, college students, and seniors. Opening hours are from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and from noon to 5 on Saturdays.

Visitors may want to consider the local Westin or the Sheraton City Center.
