The CTBA, or Cuatro Torres Business Area, is a business park located in the Paseo de la Castellana Street, in Madrid, Spain, on the former Ciudad Deportiva of Real Madrid.
The area contains the tallest skyscrapers in Madrid and Spain: Repsol Tower, Crystal Tower, Sacyr Vallehermoso Tower and Space Tower. The Cristal Tower, placed in the north zone, is one of the highest skyscrapers of Madrid, with 249 meters of height and 45 floors of offices. It was designed by the architect Cesar Pelli. The Space Tower is 223 meters of height and has 56 floors. The tower, placed in the north zone, was designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. Sacyr Vallehermoso Tower is 236 meters high and has 55 floors. It was designed by the architectural firm Carvajal Rubio & Alvarez-Sala. Repsol Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Madrid with 250 meters high and 45 storey office supplies, was designed by British architect Norman Foster.
The construction of the buildings was finished in 2008. The complex was previously known as Madrid Arena.
The CTBA is situated in the north of Madrid, just 100 m from Begona subway station and very near the Eurostars Madrid Tower. From here there are transport links to the whole of Madrid and the surrounding area via the nearby train and Metro stations. It is also well-connected by road, with the M-30 and M-40 ring roads providing a gateway to the city's major roads network. Santiago Bernabeu football stadium can be reached within minutes.
