Cypress Bowl Ski Area is a ski resort on Cypress Mountain, home to many of the events of the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver. Visitors can enjoy skiing or snowboarding, take tours of the mountain, get lessons, go snowshoeing or snow tubing. There are two main portions, the Alpine (for skiing and snowboarding) and the Nordic (for other activities).

The Ski Area is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., once the season begins starting December 15th. In 2010, the area will be closed in February in preparation for the Olympic Games.
