Daegu Airport (TAE) is a military and public domestic airport located in Daegu City, South Korea. It is operated by the Korea Airports Corporation. Because it is located in a city of trade and economy and in an important spot for the Youngnum Region transportation, the airport is a vital point of entry not only to the city but to the region as well.

Some of the scheduled domestic flights are bound for Jeju and Seoul while international flights are also available to Shanghai and Shenyang in China.

The passenger terminal of the Daegu Airport is inspired by the Song of five friends – the moon, water, rock, pine tree, and bamboo – and the flying crane, giving the passengers and visitors a pleasant, comfortable, and scenic environment while awaiting their flights or merely passing through towards their destinations.
