Dan Paltinisanu is a multi-purpose stadium located in Timisoara, a city in the western Banat region, Romania.

It is currently used by the local football team, FC Timisoara for football matches. The stadium name comes from a defender born in Bucharest who played for the local team, FC Politehnica Timisoara, for ten years, Dan Paltinisanu (1951-1995). The stadium has the biggest capacity in Romania, 32.000 seats, since the National Stadium from Bucharest has been demolished. It was built in 1963 and was renovated in 2003. The stadium has a light installation of 1465 lux.

The stadium can be reached using the public transport. Tourist must take tram no.8 from Gara de Nord train station for eight stations till the “Sala Olimpia” station or the express bus no.3 to the Cluj station. From the center of the city, trolleybus no. 19 must be taken to Cluj station (two stations).
