Opened in 1989 as a replacement for the former Seaboard Airline Railroad Station, the Delray Beach Amtrak Station (DLB) serves almost 10,000 passengers annually. The station has two platforms for two tracks, and is served by both the Silver Meteor and Silver Star Amtrak Lines, providing travelers access to virtually the entire eastern seaboard of the United States, from Miami in the south, all the way north to New York City.

The Delray Beach Amtrak Station is located at 345 South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach, approximately one mile west of the Atlantic Ocean, adjacent to the Delray Beach Golf Club. The station is within easy walking distance of Delray Square, Lake Ida Park, and the Palm Court Plaza and Professional Center.
