Djerba Airport is an international airport located in Djerba, the largest island off the coast of North Africa. Djerba Airport serves the city which is a popular destination for European tourists, especially French, German, and Italian visitors. The island is known for its pristine beaches, hotels and landscapes.

The airport is just a few minutes away from the downtown area, making attractions and accommodation options all within easy access. The place is home to a Jewish minority who has been in the island for over 2,500 years. One can reach the downtown area through public transportation. Going by bicycle is also another good option and is good for visiting the island’s small villages. Guellala is one of these villages, a community that is known for its pottery industry that dates back to the ancient Roman times.
