This convention centre was opened in the year 1929. The first international fair held in this centre was in the year 1930. It has an exhibition center which covers around 300,000 square meters. The indoor exhibition space is around 120,000 square meters and 40,000 square meters outdoor exhibition area.

The following are the renovation works planned to be done in the centre. Rehousing of open spaces for easy accessibility, creation of new exhibition pavilion, new green space of furniture, arrangement of sub services, reorganization of access systems and infrastructure for mobility are the renovation works planned in the future. The new pavilion will cover an area of around 18,000 square meters. The Fiera del Levante convention center also provides access to cargo handling and reception visitors.
