The Folsom Children's Zoo and Botanical Garden is an interactive and entertaining scientific learning center oriented towards children located at 1222 South 27th Street in the city of Lincoln, Nebraska (roughly in the south-central part of town, close to the Capitol Parkway and Neighbors Park). The Folsom Children's Zoo and Botanical Garden has received plenty of rewards and honors for its work, and has recently been voted as among the nation's top 25 zoos according to Parents Magazine.

The zoo has many permanent animal exhibits, and among the most popular is the sea lion pool at which regular, entertaining feeding and demonstration events are held by staff. The Folsom Children's Zoo and Botanical Garden is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, which controls such institutions nationally. The price for visiting the zoo is set at $6.50 for adults and $5.50 for children. The hours of operation of the zoo are 10am-5pm daily between the dates of April 15 and October 15 of each year, and is open later on Wednesdays between June and August.
