The Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, offer a wonderful outdoor attraction for locals and visitors alike. The Gardens are filled with nature trails and boardwalk to explore, the outdoor Sculpture Park, and a Children’s garden. Indoors, see special sculpture exhibitions, the largest tropical conservatory in the state, the Arid Garden, and the Carnivorous Plant House. Special events at the Gardens include concerts in the Amphitheater Garden, a Christmas and Holiday Traditions Around the World Exhibit, and the Butterflies are Blooming annual exhibit. The Gardens are open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am-5pm, Tuesdays from 9am to 9pm, and Sundays from 12 noon to 5pm. Admissions are $12 for adults, $9 for seniors and students, $6 for children 5-13, $4 for children 3-4, and children 2 and under enter for free.
