The Abu Dhabi Public Beach, also known as the Corniche, is a two-kilometer stretch of beach that runs along the Abu Dhabi Corniche. It was opened to the public on June 2008 and now features swimming areas, scenic gardens, refreshment outlets, walking pathways, children’s play areas, beach volleyball pitches and toilers.

The Abu Dhabi Public Beach is a great way to spend a sunny day in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. At least 170 beach umbrellas adorn the stretch which provides shade to the visitors. There are also trained lifeguards that monitor swimmers from seven towers that surround the Abu Dhabi Public Beach.
