Gulietta’s House or Juliet’s House in Verona Italy is said to be the house of Juliet from Shakespeare’ immortal play.
Owned by the dell Capello family rumors abound (like spread by the Capello’s themselves) that the house was the home of
the girl whom the legendary play was based on. Or in other words that this was the home of Juliet of the Capulets, and
the Capello‘s themselves were in fact the Capulets. Is it true? Historians doubt it, but no one is sure. The late century
additions of the balcony and several windows, hint towards the negative. Whether it is an authentic home of the historical
Juliet (assuming she existed) is not important to most visitors of this romantic locale.

Inside Juliet’s house is a museum with relics from the time of Shakespeare all of which relate directly to the play.
