Governor’s Mansion State Historic Park is located at 1526 H Street. The home of the California’s governors since 1903, the building was originally an impressive private residence of Albert Gallatin and built in 1877 in the Victorian style. The exquisite landscaping and architecture continue to draw visitors to these grounds.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. The mansion can be seen only with a guided tour, offered on the hour between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children 6-17.
