The paper was published in the downtown area until 2004 when the print facility was moved to the northern suburb of Walker. The editorial and newsroom offices remain downtown at Fulton Street and Sheldon Avenue, where it has been since 1906. The daily edition is sold for $.75 daily and $2.00 on Sunday. The Grand Rapids Press has daily circulation of 133,107 and a Sunday circulation of 182,252. Its sister newspaper is The Lakeshore Press. The owner of the paper is Advance Magazine Publishers, Inc. and D.B.A. Booth Newspapers, Inc. Young journalists are encouraged to apply to the internship program.
