Built to commemorate both the Canadian Centennial of 1967 and the Quebec Conference of 1864, the Grand Théâtre de Québec is an arts complex comprised of two theaters in downtown Quebec City, Quebec. The theater was completed in 1971 after four years of construction, and includes a 12,000 square foot mural by Spanish painter Jordi Bonet in the main entrance.

The Grand Théâtre de Québec is comprised of two theaters, the Salle Octave Cremazie, which is a 506 seat theater named after French Canadian poet Octave Cremazie, and the larger 1,875 seat Salle Louis Frechette, named after the French Canadian author of the same time period. The Theater is used for a wide variety of artistic performances, including those of Orchestre symphonique de Québec, Opéra de Québec, and the Théâtre du Trident.

Located at 269 Boulevard Rene Levesque in Quebec City, the Grand Théâtre de Québec is within easy walking distance of a number of Quebec City attractions.
