The Honolulu Zoo located in Honolulu, Hawaii, is the island’s only zoo. Within the zoo you can find hippopotami, crocodiles, white handed gibbons, reptiles, exotic birds (parrots, plovers, ducks, cranes, Egyptian geese, etc), and much more. There are three main different habits represented: the African Savanna, Tropical Forest, and Pacific Islands. There’s also a children’s zoo, featuring cows, donkeys, goats, pot bellied pigs, turkey, sheep and llamas, among other things. The zoo is open from 9am-4:30pm daily. General admission is $12. Children 4-12 are $3.
