HOOGKARSPEL TRAIN STATION

The Hoogkarspel train station is located in the village of Hoogkarspel in the municipality Drechterland, in the north west of the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland and the region of west-Frisia. The station is on the Amsterdam - Enkhuizen railway line in North Holland.

The Hoogkarspel train station was opened on the 6st of June 1885 and is located between Hoorn and Enkhuizen. During the years the train station building was renoved several times.The current Hoogkarspel train station building dates from the year of 1965.

The Hoogkarspel train station is close to Amsterdam Schipol Airport(55 km), but also to Rotterdam Airport, Enchede Twenthe Airport, , Niederrhein Airport and Borkum Airport.this are large airport, but smaller ones are even closer: Lelystad Airport, Den Helder-De Kooy Airpor, Texel Airport and Hilversum Airport.
