Jerusalem Bus Station is the primary bus depot in Jerusalem, Israel. It is considered as one of the busiest bus stations in Israel and it is located on Jaffa Road which is close to the entrance to the city. Jerusalem Bus Station serves intercity bus routes to Dan and Egged. The city buses that are served by the station pick up and discharge passengers across the street on Zalman Shazar Boulevard and Jaffa Road which can be accessed via an underground pedestrian passageway.

The Central Bus Station was launched in September 2001 to accommodate the increasing number of passengers and increasing flow of bus traffic. Security protocol for screening outgoing and incoming passengers is also one of the issues that were addressed by the new station.
