The dual runway airport serves over 200,000 passengers annually and approximately 38,000 flights.

The Kamloops Airport has a single terminal, with eight check-in counters, and handles air cargo flights as well as commercial and general aviation operations. The airport has daily scheduled flights to and from Calgary and Vancouver on Air Canada and Westjet, as well as additional seasonal service. Cargo flights are handled by Federal Express, and the airport also hosts a Ministry of Forests Fire Centre.

Situated at 3035 Airport Road in Kamloops, the airport is about ten minutes to the center of Kamloops.
