The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts located in Louisville, Kentucky, is one of the leading performing arts centers in the state. There you can also find major works of art by Joan Miro, Alexander Calder, and John Chamberlain among others. The center first opened its doors in 1983 and it now plays host to the Louisville Ballet, Kentucky Opera, Stage One Children’s Theatre, the Louisville Orchestra, and PNC Bank Broadway Across America. Within the center are several facilities including the Mex Theater which seats 139, the Robert S.
