Kings City is located in Eilat, Israel adjacent to the village of Taba, Egypt. It is a biblical theme park that was opened in June of 2005. It is located at the edge of the Eilat promenade near the Eastern Lagoon. The theme park is around 40,000 square feet and has three levels. The structure of the park is constructed after a king’s castle.

The park’s main mission is to bring its visitors to a place where they seemingly travel back in time. Visitors are able to experience an authentic feeling of being back in the time of the Bible. It is a family friendly park where both learning and enjoyment take place at the same time.

The Kings City Park is divided into four parts and sections. The first is the Journey to the Past, where you can see the ancient times of the Pharaohs via a four dimensional display with big screens that show the palaces and temples of the Pharaohs of ancient Egypt.

Next is the Cave of Illusions and Wisdom. This area was created in honor of King Solomon. It has displays of optical illusions and other activities that challenge you. The next part is the Bible Cave, where it takes you deep into King Solomon’s mines with famous scenes from the bible in the walls of the cave.

The last part is the King Solomon’s Waterfalls, a boat ride that shows the life story of King Solomon, each site enters into a cave that features King Solomon’s life.

Opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays to Thursdays. Admission fee is USD25 for adults and USD 22 for children. The parks also offer restaurants, fast food outlets and a variety of constant entertainment. Hotels in the area are the Golden Tulip Hotel, Hilton Eilat, isrotel Agamim, Royal Tulip Eialt, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Caesar Eilat, Astral Topaz, Magic Palace and Bedouin Garden.
