Landward House is an Italianate mansion located at 1385 S. 4th Street in Louisville. Built by Dr. Stuart Robinson, the pastor of the local Second Presbyterian Church, the building was finished in 1871. Three stories, twenty-two rooms and six bathrooms distinguish this classic brick building with limestone façade, known throughout Louisville as one of the finest mansions of its time period. In 1973, Landward House was placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
