The Lanzhou Airport or the Lanzhou Zhongchuan is an airport that is located in Lanzhou, Gansu, People's Republic of China. The airport is situated approximately 70 kilometers north of Lanzhou's downtown area. It started its operations in 2001, and it serves a number of travelers as it is a major air hub for Gansu province as well as western China. As of today, it serves 35 routes for domestic flights within the country.
The airport terminal has the basic facilities often needed by travelers. Travelers can also make use of the airport shuttle or bus that can take those who want to stay in Gansu to the nearest hotel, the Lanzhou Eastern Hotel, in the area. The cost for taking the airport shuttle is approximately 30 Yuan per head.
