United Kingdom)
or Aberystwyth accommodation? The town of Aberystwyth in Ceredigion County in Wales may be small, but it is an important cultural and historical hub for the country, being the location of the oldest part of the University of Wales, and the birthplace of the Welsh Language Movement. The city can be reached by air, via Swansea, or by train, bus, or car, and once there, walking is perfectly suited to the compact town. There are, however, taxis and buses, if you would rather not walk. One of the main attractions in Aberystwyth is the castle ruin, which can be explored during the day. Then there is the sunset over Cardigan Bay, which can be watched from the comfort of eateries and pubs along the Promenade, or you could indulge in a boat trip on the bay, or one of the guided water sports activities. There are several nice pubs and restaurants in town, including The Orangery, which is one of the few relatively student free zones in the town, and while there are no big hotel chains in town, there is the comfortable and adequate Harry’s Hotel and Bistro, as well as a few other options. - Browse the Aberystwyth Map or compare Aberystwyth accommodation from Hotels, Motels, B&Bs,
