or Domburg accommodation? The town of Domburg is a seaside resort on the North Sea coast of Holland in the province of Zeeland. It is fairly near the provincial capital of Middelburg, at around eleven kilometers. Domburg itself, however, is a small town, with only around one thousand three hundred residents. One site worth visiting is the sanctuary near the beach, which was discovered in 1647, and which contained Latin inscriptions to a local deity. The town itself is also built on the remains of a circular citadel that dates back to the 9th century, when the area was inhabited by Danes. The Domburg church is not nearly as old as that, but it remains a local landmark worth visiting, and of course, the sea and its dunes and beaches are one of the biggest attractions in the town.
