Apart from skiing in the winter there are also activities such as snowboarding, free riding, ice climbing, ice skating, ski touring and snow-shoe-trekking. Activities all year round include paragliding and bungee jumping. During April to October, you can go out on a sunset cruise with excellent banquet facilities. In January, the town hosts the annual Snow Festival where artist from all over the world come and see what they can create from ice.
If you are not the adventurous type there is always the Wellness Oasis where you can spend the day being pampered by some of the best professionals in the world. Alternatively, you can watch a movie in the Bernerhof Cinema where the seats feel more like sofas and you can enjoy a glass of whine or two while watching the movie.
