or Jessup accommodation? Jessup is one of the many unincorporated towns located in the United States. This area is geographically located in both Howard County and Anne Arundel County in Maryland. The town is merely 14.4 miles away from the Baltimore and 21.9 miles away from Washington D.C. Jessup is best known for being Maryland’s center of population, as well as the location of one of the prison complexes in the state. Incidentally, the town’s prison has been mentioned a number of times in ‘The Wire,’ a television series by HBO.
On a lighter note, Jessup also has a number of attractions that have guests coming back for more. Some of these attractions include the That’s Dancing Ballroom, Sells Floto Inc., Kids First Swim Schools, and Jessup Community Hall. Other than the usual city parks, the town also has amusement and theme parks where kids will surely enjoy. Two of these are the Red Giant Studio and the A & D Entertainment. For shopping and dining, a number of specialty shops, and boutiques can be found around the downtown area of the Jessup.
