or Jinggangshan accommodation? Jinggangshan also known as Jinggang Mountains or JinggangShan is situated on the Luoxian Mountains, in the region between Jiangxi and Hunan provinces in China. It is southwest of Nanchang the capital city; and lies at the junction of Lingxian County, Ninggang County, Suichuan County and Yongxing County.
The primary settlement in Jinggangshan is located at Ciping, and is surrounded by Little Well, Big Well, Middle Well, Big Well and Lower Well. The area is renowned in China since this is the region where the Chinese Red Army was born and the birthplace of the Chinese revolution during the Shanghai Massacre of 1927.
Jinggangshan has many attractions this include the Five-Fingers Peak which is it the highest point and is believed to have the most exquisite view on the mountain. The mountain is also home to many rare animals such as the bobtail monkeys, sambars and the yellow-stomached tragopan.
Other attractions in Jinggangshan are a group of beautiful lakes at the foot of the Peak the Dragon-Pond waterfalls which include the Jade Waterfall and Jade Pond, Lock-Dragon-Waterfall, the Golden-Lock-Pond, Pearl Waterfall and Pearl Pond, and Maiden Waterfall and Maiden-Pond; the famous Huangyang Jie sentry; Pen-Rack-Mountain which is noted for its steep peaks, unique rocks, old pines, sea of clouds and the patch of rhododendrons-the flower of Mt. Jinggang City. The Martyrs Cemetery, the Revolution Museum, the Monument and Memorial of the Joining of Forces on Mt. Jinggang and mint of the Red Army are a few other areas of interest that are worth a visit.
