or Lerici accommodation? Lerici is a town and commune in the province of La Spezia in Liguria northern Italy. It is part of the Italian Riviera. Lerici nearest bay is the Bay of Lerici. The town is connected by ferry to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Lerici, which is a beautiful resort, is an ideal location for exploring the pleasures of the Italian Riviera, which runs from the French border to the mouth of the Magra River.
From Lerici, you are able to take boats across the gulf to the Cinque Terre, where five villages are strung out along the coast north of Portovenere. The cliffs are terraced and planted with vineyards and vegetable gardens. One of the main sights of Lerici is its notorious castle controlling the entrance of the Gulf of La Spezia. Today the castle contains a museum of paleontology.
