United Kingdom)
or Newtonmore accommodation? The village of Newtonmore, in the Scottish highlands, is a small one. In fact, there are only around one thousand residents that call this village home. There are, however, several interesting attractions in the area and its well worth a visit if you are going to be in the area. Two of these attractions are the River Spey, above which flood plain the town lies, and Cairngorms National Park, the largest in Britain, is also on the doorstep of the village. Wildcat Trail, which winds around the village for around ten kilometers, is a beautiful walk, and takes you through the forests that surround the village, as well as along the Spey and other rivers. There is also a golf course on the banks of the River Spey, which should appeal to fans of the sport. Mountain biking, hiking, horse riding and shooting are all other sports that you can enjoy in the area, or you could spend some time watching the local Shinty team in action. - Browse the Newtonmore Map or compare Newtonmore accommodation from Hotels, Motels, B&Bs,
